AI-powered photobook platform pioneer Photobook.ai has launched a new platform called “Photobook Forge” for creating event photobooks through email. Targeted to travel-related markets, like travel agencies and cruise lines, the Forge Platform is a great way to create a value-added, personalized keepsake from an event, the company says.

Marketers simply send out an email to customers using a one-time import from their CRM, like HubSpot or Mailchimp, then schedule the email in Forge. Once the email goes out, each client in the campaign will receive an invite containing a unique link to their photobook project. The process is like sending out a mass email for creating photobooks personalized for each recipient.

The Forge platform builds on Photobook.ai’s proven AI-assisted user interface, which is used around the world. Users can add their own photos from a mobile device or computer and invite others to collaborate on the project. As the marketer or sponsor, you can make stock images available for use in the book and even incorporate variable data, like race statistics, for fitness competition books.

From within the Forge platform, users can schedule emails, track opens and clicks, and add reminders for those who don’t open. Users can also track orders across Photobook.ai’s global print network.
